Stuffed Hamburgers
1 small can mushrooms, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Rabbit Creek’s Smoky Horseradish Dip Mix. Hamburger
patties Cheese slices (American, Swiss, etc.)
Combine mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and Smoky
Horseradish dip mix. Place 1 Tbsp. of mixture and ¼ slice of cheese between 2
thin meat patties and seal around edges. Grill and serve. Excellent with
cheese dip served on top.
Herb Potato Cakes (Serves 4)
2 cups grated potatoes
1- ½ Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Rabbit Creek’s Country Herb Dip Mix
Stir eggs into the potatoes. Add the flour and Country
Herb Dip Mix.
Place spoonfuls of the potato mixture in a heated skillet
with ¼ “oil.
Form them into patties ¼ inch thick and 3 inches in
diameter.
Brown, then turn and brown the second side until crisp.
Herbed Tomatoes (Serves 6-8)
2/3 cup vegetable oil
¼ cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. Rabbit Creek’s Country Herb Dip Mix
6 tomatoes, unpeeled and quartered
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small container with a lid
and shake well.
Place the quartered tomatoes in the dressing, cover and
refrigerate overnight.
Drain and serve.
