Our scones are light & sweet. This 17.5 oz mix makes about 18 scones. Our
scones are sent with a whisk tied on each mix.
INGREDIENTS: Bleached enriched wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin,
reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, partially
hydrogenated soybean oil, with emulsifier (mono and diglycerides), leavening
(sodium aluminum phosphate, baking soda), buttermilk, white confectionery
baking chips (sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and palm oils, milk,
nonfat dry milk, soy lecithin added as an emulsifier and artificial
flavoring), powdered sugar.
